As Marketing Manager for Core Group, I had complete marketing responsibility for its 4 divisions.- Core Group- Core Modular- Core Construction- Core SelectionI was brought in to design and build the marketing function from scratch. When I first joined the company there were no corporate guidelines or company values, an assortment of divisional logos that needed standardising, 3 websites that needed redevelopment, outdated social media profiles and a lack of printed materials such as company brochures. My objective was simple, prioritise and get creative. I made good progress in the 4 months I worked there before the company, unfortunately, went into administration. I successfully created brand guidelines for 3 of the 4 divisions, created a set of company values that would serve across the whole of the business and standardised all of the divisional logos. With the use of Adobe Creative Cloud, I made significant progress in designing and writing the content for 2 company brochures, Core Modular and Core Construction. At the point of being made redundant, they were both at 1st proof stage. Alongside brochure design, i also made great progress on the development of the Core Modular website design, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.During my employment, I also managed social media profiles for Core Group, Core Modular and Core Selection, with daily posts and increasing follower numbers and engagement across all three LinkedIn profiles in particular.
