• Successfully managed a multidiscipline $100 million CNS Subsea development project to an existing production platform. Project delivered incident free within budget 2 months ahead of schedule.
• Managed the decommissioning of a tanker offloading anchor utilizing a pencil buoy marine tow from the CNS to Norway. Project completed within budget within 60 days from kick off to completion.
• Provided Facilities Development support for discrete corporate acquisition activities.

• Assigned to Venture Production Nederland to be the Commissioning Team Lead for the $800 million F3-FA Self Installing Platform project. Based at Heerema fabrication yard for 12 months followed by a 6 month offshore.
• Developed and executed the overall commissioning philosophy and procedures for the F3-FA platform.
• Project interface for the drilling department to ensure a successful mobilization of the drilling rig and no delay to schedule.
• Successfully led the project team during mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover to Operations of all systems in readiness for introducing hydrocarbons. The facility was safely commissioned.
• Ensured that all punch list items were managed to completion post startup.

• Operational support involving day to day troubleshooting and process optimization for the Kittiwake platform. Identification, scoping and coordination of offshore trials and management of contractors to implement.
• Optimized facility production levels to 110% of nameplate capacity in 12 months.
• Led and coordinated the Operations Development studies.
• Stewardship of the Facilities modification CAPEX budget for Kittiwake platform $20million.
• Personally commissioned 4 new wells, 3 pipelines and a gas lift system.

• EPC Consultancy for a number of major operating companies, achievements included:
• Leading various Flow Assurance (steady state and dynamic) and Process Modelling (Hysys) studies.
• Defining ageing asset obsolescence strategies for North Sea installations.
• Facility Risk, HAZOP facilitation and Reliability assessments.

Acted as the focal point for technical support to the Onshore & Offshore Production assets. Identification of systems improvement opportunities and concept handover to projects group, including shutdown planning & coordination. Developed Instrumentation and Control systems obsolescence studies and strategy for all Mobil North Sea’s assets
