Real Estate became a passion of mine in the early 2000's. Just like most entrepreneurs I wanted to be self employed and only have myself to worry about. Once I got into rental properties and seeing the light on real estate investing I decided to quit my day job and focus on real estate full time. By doing this I still needed to supplement my income so I decided to get my real estate license and sell. By using my past experience with investing and the crazy real estate market of 2006 things took off like no one could imagine. Over the next few years I co-founded a small independent real estate brokerage and thought we were off to the races. However just like most the economic turn in the markets really effected our plan! Surviving in the real estate market over the next few years was not easy. With prices changing daily and the unknown market conditions we were able to make it though. In 2013 I decided to make a personal change in my business and life and get back to the real reason why I got into this business. By focusing on my personal real estate and ensuring my clients are getting the real estate agent possible. I chose to go with Remax as they offer the highest level of marketing and promotion out there when it comes to real estate brokerage. I look forward to my new position and hope we cross paths in the future.
