About Dr Abena Dadze-Arthur

Academic, Policy Practitioner, Entrepreneur and Social Justice Advocate who is obsessed with putting humans and humanity at the heart of everything. My main interest is in helping organisations recognise the ‘situationality’ of their people and find bespoke, locally and culturally tailored solutions to engaging the dis-engaged in transformative initiatives.Currently holding a post as Assistant Professor at the School of Government, University of Birmingham, UK, I am also Founder and Lead Consultant at Mindset Dynamics - a Consultancy created to bring to market the Perception Clarity Methodology (PCM). PCM is an innovative and highly scalable solution that helps change agents to identify who in the population is highly receptive to the change, and more importantly what are the motivational forces driving the disengaged parts of the population. PCM was developed within the context of my 6 year academic research project, and is now supported by the University of Birmingham as an Operating Division, allowing the delivery of these high value services to clients all around the world.
