Adrian is recognized as being highly experienced in scoring technology, fraud detection, segmentation and churn modeling. Over the last 15 years, he has worked in customer fraud detection with HCF and identity fraud with the Road Traffic Authority NSW. He has also been involved in developing product segmentents with Lexis Nexis, churn models with Telstra and cross-sell models with HCF. Most recently Adrian has been involved with AMP and has helped them to identify high end customers likely to churn from their portfolio. He has also been working on developing models for AMEX to predict which customers are likely to take up credit card insurance.Adrian has worked at NAB where he evaluated the Home Loan Default Risk Scorecard performance, Flexi Plus Home Loan Default Risk Scorecard performance, suggested scorecard improvements and provided advice about some aspects of the Basel II accord and the tighter reporting requirements it imposes with regard to risk. He was also involved with developing Logistic Regression models to more effectively target Home Loan Buyers. Most of this work was done using Base SAS and SAS Enterprise Miner. He was employed at ANZ Bank where he used regression models to segment the credit cards database so as to define profitable market segments.In addition to his modeling expertise Adrian has worked in the Market Research Industry on both the client and supplier sides. His market research experience includes report writing, managing teams of up to ten people in producing customer Satisfaction Surveys and then generating reports.Adrian has many years experience in presenting to both small and large groups of up to 800 people. He has also been interviewed on radio.
