I kicked off my education in Egyptian primary, preparatory and secondary schools, this was followed by getting B.Com from Cairo University and both my MBA / M.Sc. and DBA from Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transportation, Helwan university and Ain Shams university respectively.I designated my professional life to the field of Accounting and Financial Management. It all started with Ecad in Egypt as Senior Accountant where I was responsible to prepare the journal entries and recording it in books, then I promoted to Chief Accountant where I succeeded to get back the stamp fees which previously paid. Later in 1989, I was appointed at Pepsi Cola Bugshan in Jeddah Saudi Arabia which was the first step to work in different culture and with other countries citizens. In 1995, my experiences were enhanced when I was appointed as Finance Manager and Asst. General Manager in Contracting Company for Etisalat and Ministry of Electricity and water in UAE where I achieved all targets for developing the company staff, negotiations with banks, contracts, turnover and profitability accordingly. Finally, I was appointed in NatGas and GasChill since 1999 as financial controller then general controller where I achieved costing system and Orecal system implementation.
