To review that all necessary testing is carried out correctly as per written procedures and monitoring of GLP and GMP followed by lab and production personnel during routine operation.To ensure that good documentation practices has been followed by QC and production personnel, also review and ensuring for correctness of lab. reports of RM, PM, in-process, finished products, stability data, process and method validation performed by QC lab for quality evaluation. Review and release of batches of products to ensure that they have been manufactured, packaged and testing in accordance with WHO GMP, Halal and ISO.Monitoring investigation of analytical errors, out of specification (OOS), out of calibration (OOC) test results etc. and documentation of investigation including corrective and preventive action (CAPA) taken.Review, ensuring and approval of changes or deviations that occur in the manufacture, packaging and testing of product as per current regulatory requirements.
