JTI Quality director (For three factories, domestic SHISHA Nakhla products, free zone SHISHA Nakhla products and CMA Cigarettes Winston-CAMEL-LD products)Job responsibilities1- Managed quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement teams to cover all production steps based on national & international standard company system to control 20000 tons SHISHA yearly production volume and 2.1 pillion Cig sticks pro-duction volume to reducing number of deface and protect our product.2- Set a quality sector annual strategic plans ASP and control dep. Spending GME, GFE based on set budget.3- Set yearly KPIs for coming three years according quality department KPIs with global quality and other global functions and set a short plan to achieve quality KPIs.4- Lead a team of quality sector (22 members) to cover all processes. 5- Contact production, supply chine, Engineering, marketing, R&D, faineance depart-ments to identify problems and recommend a solution. 6- Develop and recommend quality improvement projects based on consumer complaint preventive actions.7- Join quarterly workshop with global R&D team to identify production solving problem projects to improve and set a plan for new projects.8- Identify add back ratio for nonconformity products with global R&D team.9- Identify products developments and improvements with global R&D team. 10- Join quarterly workshop with international market and domestic market teams to identify market problem solving, consumer complaints issues to improve and set a plan for new projects.11- Lead a team of quality sector (22 members) to cover all processes and focus on QA,QC,QI activities follow-up in a daily basis.12- Set a reporting system for all quality activities daily, weekly and monthly to domestic, international, global functions.

Spending based on the pre-set budget.8- Conduct GMP good manufacturing practices (evaluation) for all factories.9-follow up CRM program & costumer compline and solve it. 10- Establish H.A.C.C.P. plan , FSSC22000 food safety management ,11- Establish ISO 9001:2008 quality management system . 12- Establish ISO 14001:2004 Environment management system .13- Establish OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management system.14- Conduct food safety ,GMP ,ISO awareness, SQC ,lean manufacturing tools , six sigma , micro , chemical , GHP , GLP & risk assessment training courses . 15- Conduct weekly , monthly meeting & action plan with etch department manager.16-Conduct monthly presentation for Mansour board.17- Make cost saving project for raw , packing material .18-conduct weekly test panel organoleptic for our products and competitors. 19-Innovation & renovation of products based on marketing new product briefs.20- Sharing in consumer insights and product concepts tests of new products with the mar-keting team.21- Cost simulation of new products.22- Raw materials, packagi
