Hello! Welcome ... I'll introduce myself ... I am intrigued by mental health and have a strong desire to inspire individuals with (or without) mental health issues to discover and occupy their unique 'sweet spot'. In my view this sweet spot is a moving position on their life path which repeatedly invites them to fully appreciate their fundamental needs and undertake appropriate actions. It treats them with some contentment despite having to cope with personal difficulties, whilst still offering sufficient energy to move on to the next (sweet) position on their life path. Building on a solid academic background*, my life path generously provided (and provides) me with insights and (training) opportunities to extend my competencies as (an educational and) a mental coach.
