EXECUTIVE PROFILEAs the Executive Director of the Chapter One Asia Group of Companies, Malaysia’s largest BrandImage organization and a Co Founder of Nusantara Sino Global Holdings, a largest RCEP Trade Platform, Alan’s expertise on entrepreneurship, experiential branding, image and core skills have been highly sought after by various sectors and industries . He had been invited all over the world to speak and present his views to a global crowd . Most recently, he had been invited by the Chinese government to present a keynote on “The Importance of Branding in the 21st Century” at the 6th Chengdu International Urban Modern Agricultural Expo. He also currently holds key positions in several organizations such as:• President of the One Belt One Road Southeast Asian NGOs’ Alliance (OBORSEANA)• Advisor & Treasurer of the Malaysian Association of Brand & Image Consultants (MABIC)• Advisory Council Member for Malaysia’s Economic Development He started his entrepreneurship journey at a very early age to become a serial entrepreneur and had successes in many fields and businesses, including:• IT Solutions• Import & Export & Trade Management• Automobile Import & Trade• Consulting & Solutions on Industrial Revolution 4.0In 2008, he the founded the Malaysian Association of Brand & Image Consultants (MABIC) to work in line with the nation’s drive to export our skills to the world. Representing MABIC, Alan had visited Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Dubai on trade missions to expand Malaysia’s economic breadth. Then, together with MATRADE, the Malaysian Trade Agency, he had visited Indonesia, Thailand and China (Shanghai & Chengdu) on trade missions, representing Malaysia’s interests as well as fostering better relationships between the countries.In view of his unique skillset, Alan had also consulted for Malaysia’s current Ministers and his contributions in building up the local business communities had been recognized by the Malaysian Ministry of Domestic Trade.Now, with OBORSEANA’s founding together with China’s local entrepreneurs, he aspires OBORSEANA to be the main liaison between China and the rest of Southeast Asia in areas of trade, economy and cultural development.He will be driving OBORSEA to greater heights with the inception of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), greater opportunities are in store for all the member countries.
