Through my diverse experiences, I've developed a deep understanding of service development, delivery, and policy-making in healthcare.Inspired by my experiences working in rural areas, I founded HelloDoc Telepsychiatry to address the challenges faced by patients seeking mental healthcare. My aim was to provide a solution that ensures timely access to skilled professionals, fostering a more accessible and supportive environment for individuals in need. HelloDoc Telepsychiatry provides tailored support for various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. Our experienced team offers specialized assessments and interventions to help individuals navigate their unique challenges with compassion and expertise.Similarly, HelloGP was born out of a recognition of the need for streamlined telehealth services for non-urgent consultations. This platform strives to offer patients prompt access to essential services such as regular scripts, referrals, or medical certificates, reducing waiting times and improving overall healthcare experiences.Additionally, my role as a manager at Dial a Home Doctor allowed me to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, driving success through strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction. Through collaboration and innovation, we achieved significant milestones, delivering impactful care to communities across the region.
