Dr. ALI F. DALAIN has received a PhD in business administration from Santo Tomas university in 1993 , he is currently from the year of 2015 an associate professor in the faculty of business at university of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, he had teaching at Jordanian universities in business colleges in the past from 1993 until 2015 , He worked as an administrative trainer at the Institute of Public Administration, he was the president of Jordanian electronic Association writers, He was a Member of the Jordanian Parliament and Chairman of the Parliamentary Education, Culture and Youth Committee. he hold some academic and administrative positions, he published several books and articles, At the same time, he is a reviewer for some journals , His research interest include business, organization behavior, performance appraisal ,human resource management. and some other related area.
