I am a highly experienced educator with a strong belief that all learners can succeed when given the right support. I'm passionate about research and I love using it to inform the design and delivery of surprising, innovative, and effective TLA programmes.As a member of Get Further’s executive team I oversee programme design and delivery, curriculum development and tutor training, and new markets, sales and business development. Get Further exists to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds in further education to secure gateway English and maths qualifications that unlock opportunities. Outside of work I’m an enthusiastic runner and a qualified Leader in Running Fitness. I am also a Local Authority Governor at a lovely local primary school.
