-Leading the academic strategy of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Studies, in line with faculty and university strategic plans and governance- Execution of university responsibilities concerning students in respect to their instruction, progress and development, and assessment- Developing the Master in Education Technology to offer to students for the first time in September 2022-Managing and creating the instructional design, content, and delivery of postgraduate education courses including Masters of Education in Leadership and Management and Masters of Education in Coaching and Mentoring; refresh and develop new programs in order to attract new students-Facilitate online and face-to-face discussions and application of course content to K-12 in-service and pre-service educators; Provide consistent support and detailed written feedback to ensure progress toward program benchmarks-Establish partnerships with external organizations to further the mission and vision of the university and disseminate research and expertise of the faculty and departments-Lecturer in postgraduate and undergraduate and education

• Establish and manage a boutique education consulting company that partners with schools and organizations in the MENA region to provide K-12 EdTech solutions grounded in evidence-based practice, empirical research, and innovation• Develop and manage large network of customer relationships (existing and new) with education institutions, organizations, and associations leading to business partnerships and commercial opportunities• Collaborate with premium K-12 EdTech and education resource companies to create custom school-based solutions and instructional trainings on products, and provide keynote speeches and workshops at their events • Structure and enable K-12 school turnaround initiatives through providing system-level assessment, strategic planning, program creation and delivery grounded in design thinking, and professional development to ensure coherence and efficiency across all departments and stakeholders connected to measurable goals • Utilize best practices in improvement science research and collective impact to optimize rapid growth of program implementations in K-12 environments• Coordinate the production, use, assessment and monitoring of strategies to evaluate various stakeholder practice and performance in K-12 schools using data collection, data analysis, and data-driven action planning• Pioneer and curate conferences in the UAE that showcase experts from various fields of education to provide impactful workshops that enhance the leadership and teaching skills of educators in MENA
