As the Middle Wing Incharge at Gyaananda School since September 2022, I have diligently overseen all academic activities, ensuring alignment with educational standards and regulations. Collaborating closely with faculty and students, I have tailored dynamic academic programs to meet the unique needs of middle school students, while continuously monitoring progress through assessments and evaluations. My commitment to student welfare is evident in my proactive identification of areas requiring additional support, providing personalized guidance as necessary.Furthermore, my role extends beyond the classroom, where I actively engage with middle school teachers to facilitate meaningful discussions on student progress, curriculum enhancements, and instructional strategies. Establishing effective communication channels with parents, I prioritize transparency and partnership, fostering a harmonious school-home relationship. Additionally, I have demonstrated adept leadership in managing a team of 22 staff members and orchestrating various impactful events, including graduation ceremonies, educational excursions, and a stimulating Mock Parliament.Prior to my current role, I served as a Joint Advisor at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) from December 2019 to April 2021. Here, I contributed significantly to curriculum design, workshop coordination, resource curation, and report writing. My proficiency in survey design and data analysis enabled me to extract valuable insights to inform strategic planning initiatives.
