-I recently submitted my Ph.D. thesis at Uka Tarsadia University, where I have been serving as a Senior Research Fellow since October 2020. As an SRF under a GSBTM-funded major research project, I am dedicated to developing a bio-process for synthesizing Metal-Bio-Nano-Composites (MBNC) using bio resources. This involves creating and optimizing a highly efficient protocol for MBNC preparation, leading to the establishment of three distinct methods. Detailed characterization of the synthesized MBNCs is performed to study their properties and morphologies. Additionally, I have developed a chemical process using MBNCs for a highly efficient nitro reduction process through various optimizations.-I bring significant experience from the pharmaceutical industry, having worked in R&D Department at Aether Industries Limited as a Senior Chemist alongside Mahesh Koladiya (Lead Research Scientist) from July 2018 to September 2020. During this tenure, I successfully executed a complex 12-step project for a German company, involving reactions such as cyclization, amination, amidation, halogenation, diazotization, sulfonation, Grignard and Suzuki coupling, nitration, high-pressure hydrogenation, oxidation, Kumada-Tamao-Corriu cross-coupling, esterification/etherification, and Ullmann reaction. I managed laboratory functions, including organization, equipment scheduling, and ordering, while also training new interns and employees.-I am proficient in handling a wide range of instruments, including HPLC, FTIR, Fluoro-spectrophotometer, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Laminar Hood, Incubator, Centrifuge, Lyophilizer, Vacuumed Distillation, Perkin Triangle Distillation Apparatus, Digital pH Meter, Potentiometer, Rotavapor, Autoclave, Glovebox, Column Chromatography, Hydrogenation Autoclave, CVD Process, Distillation Cow, and Zeta Potential Analyzer. -My analytical skills encompass interpreting data from 1H, 13C, DEPT, 2D, NMR, Mass Spectroscopy, UV Spectroscopy, XRD, SEM, TEM, TGA, DSC, HPLC, GC, TLC, IR Spectroscopy, and Fluoro-spectrophotometer, ensuring precise and reliable results in all aspects of my research.
