He also engages himself in book keeping, accounting and taxation services to his clients across industries.• As Company Secretary, Ameya has extensive knowledge about the legal compliance, filing requirements & corporate governance. He thus regularly serves as an independent director, trustee & consultant on the boards of various companies & trusts across a wide spectrum of industries.• Prior to forming his own practice, Ameya worked as a Finance associate at Avaya Telecommunications Inc within the niche domain of German GAAP, book-keeping & reconciliations of Avaya’s German, Austrian and Swiss subsidiaries with work locations at Frankfurt & Pune.
