Key Responsibilities :• Coordinate and guide the Students of the class and ensure class attendance. • Check the Lesson Plan if it is done according to the Syllabus and present the same to the Head of the Department for approval. • Organize different Programs (Rally, Campaign, Cultural Program, Debates etc.). • Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the Institution. • Take initiatives against any sort of disciplined activities by any of the students. • Conduct theoretical & Practical Classes as per Syllabus and College. • Motivate and Counsel the students through follow-up to ensure 85% class attendance and to reduce dropout. • Assist Department Head as per his/ her needed. • Prepare monthly attendance report and submit to the Department Head. • Prepare lesson plan and semester plan at the beginning of the subject. • Team work with other teachers if needed.• Any other task as assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibilities :• Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns and children admitted to the SCANU, Child ward, Isolation ward, SAM ward and KMC ward.• Perform thorough physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans. • Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including prescribing medications, performing procedures, and interpreting diagnostic tests. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.• Direct and coordinate activities of intern doctors, medical students, nurses, assistants and other medical staff. • Communicate with patients` families, providing updates on their child`s condition, discussing treatment options, and addressing their concerns. • Adhere to medical protocols, guidelines, and best practices to ensure optimal patient care and safety. • Participate in medical rounds, case presentations, and departmental meetings to share knowledge and contribute to clinical discussions. • Stay updated with advancements in neonatal and pediatric medicine through continuous professional development and attending relevant conferences or workshops. • Maintain accurate and complete medical records, documenting patient assessments, treatments, and progress. • Adhere to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional codes of conduct.

Major Responsibilities:• Received patients, take history, perform through physical examinations, order investigations, give treatments, counsel and referral to hospital or specialists (When needed) following advice of senior doctors• Perform procedures including catheterization, Cannulation, NG tube insertion, Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, Pleural fluid aspiration, Ascetic fluid aspiration, Normal vaginal delivery, Episiotomy etc.• Regular follow up of admitted patients and reports to register• Interpretation of various lab investigations including CBC, ECG, X-Ray, CT-Scan etc.• Assist In surgery, write OT note, procedure and findings• Discharge patient when needed, write discharge papers mentioning proper medications, detailed history and treatment given• Confirmation of death, give death certificate with proper documents
