“I believe in achieving academic excellence through persistent hard work and sincerity.” I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Sr. Scale) at Department of Business Administration, Manipal University, Jaipur. I have received Bachelor's (B. Com), Master's (MBA) from Himachal Pradesh University and Ph.D. (Consumer Complaining Behavior) from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, India. I have Qualified UGC-NET (Management) in 2013. I teach post-graduate and undergraduate students and also guide master and Ph.D students in the field of Marketing and HR. My research interests include consumer behavior, service marketing and customer relationship management. With 10+ years of teaching experience, my academic contribution includes various publications including research papers, review papers (in various journals of national and international repute including SCOPUS and WOS, Book Chapters) and two books. Morality, ethics, sincerity, hard work and being honest towards the job are the fundamentals of my life.
