I completed my MBBS Degree with compulsory rotating Internship From Assam Medical College and Hospital, Dibrugarh,Assam. Following which ,I joined NHM Assam as M.O. - MBBS at Salbari Model Hosital , Baksa , Assam and worked there for 1 year. I handled OPDs, Emergencies and health programmes including Health camps and outreach programmes. Than I have joined Piramal Swasthya ,Guwahati, in their project SPANDAN which was sponsored by NHPC as part of a CSR activity. I ran a Mobile medical unit and conducted Health camps with my team in remote areas where there is very limited reach.Now ,I am working as a Medical and Health Officer , Health and Family Welfare ,Govt. of Assam. in Nalbari District. Where I am heading a Primary Health Center located at Jalkhana, Tihu. I covers a population in excess of 10000 .Here I have been working from last 5 years till now. It is primary health center . we provide OPD, Emergency, Vaccination, Government Programmes, Outreach Programmes. Over the time I have gained 7 years of experience in holistic healthcare , healthcare administration and public health, practice in the field of medicine, as a team leader.
