I am Dr. Anant Agarwal, Consultant Psychiatrist, proudly serving the Delhi / NCR region. My journey in the field of psychiatry has been shaped by a robust educational foundation, including an MBBS from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College (Delhi University) and a DNB in Psychiatry from the renowned Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.My professional path has led me through pivotal experiences, beginning as a Senior Resident at the Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences (IHBAS). Later, I established Perspective Psychiatric Centre, a testament to my commitment to mental health care. I am an active and engaged member of the Indian Association of Private Psychiatry (IAPP) and have contributed my expertise to print media, notably addressing the mental health implications of the COVID pandemic in articles for NDTV,etc.My clinical expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, specializing in the treatment of conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders. Additionally, I am dedicated to the vital work of de-addiction and rehabilitation for those battling Alcohol and Drug dependence syndrome.My overarching vision centers on holistic patient wellness. I approach each case with a profound commitment to comprehending the unique needs of patients and their families, seeking to alleviate the burdens associated with substance use disorders.
