Andreas Bücker is CEO of Politicomm, Director General of the European AVM Alliance (EAA) and Director General of FENCA. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge (2001) and specialises in political communication, and the development and management of EU-Commission funded projects for federations, companies and institutions. From 2001 to 2006 Andreas was Head of Sales and Marketing at Spiral Software Ltd, managing the client relations with major oil companies worldwide. After a one-year sabbatical as Senior Fellow at the University of Copenhagen in 2007, Andreas was responsible for politics and communications at the German association for executives in the chemical industry (VAA) before setting up Politicomm in 2010. He has successfully implemented EU projects on cross-border claims management, data protection, vocational training, diversity management, and demographic change, among others.
