Over the past 40 years, from Dallas, San Francisco, Anchorage, and Austin, I have been recognized as the guy who gets stuff done in part by simplifying complex issues into strategic elements. The common element of my career has been to enhance shareholder value through the implementation of creative strategies to increase revenue while simultaneously applying sound financial theory to ensure improved profitability and increased ROE. Again, vision to reality and chaos to order. My focus has been to manage initiatives to create new business lines, value and acquire companies, improve financial results, enhance customer service, assess and manage risk, and increase delivery system efficiency through consolidation, automation, and operational management enhancement.When critical initiatives surface, we are called upon to lead the effort to ensure the objective is accomplished timely and profitability.I began my career in 1978 while working part-time as a bank mail room clerk.
