JOB RESPONSIBILTIES1. To perform, optimize and validate assays viz., miRNA, ISH, FISH, PCR, In situ PCR).2. Conduct literature and database searches for the assigned projects.3. Maintenance of raw materials required for the project.4. Perform the optimization studies for the development of research protocol.5. Validate the product with defined protocols.6. Documentation of research data & Record results of experiments.7. Analyze and interpret the results. 8. Contribute for the preparation of research reports, publications and presentations.9. Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional activities and requirements.10. Training of new employees.11. Maintenance of Log book for instruments and purchase requests
