Provide effective training to new ABA therapists and RBTs in the principles of AppliedBehavior Analysis. I worked cohesively and collaboratively with the Clinical Leadershipteam to provide support for all RBTs within the clinic.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the clinical direction of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Complete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills as directed by BCBA. Follow behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule as prescribed. Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches. Complete all programing requests from BCBAs and Program Coordinators in a timely manner.

Used research ­based treatment for children with Autism with the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), educated each child in the least restrictive environment, respected the need of the child and family in providing interventions.

Managed/coaches personalities. Taught values, safety measures, and implemented tasks for staff to complete. Motivated employees for daily and monthly goals.

Handled cash and credit card transactions. Answered telephones and have interactions with customers regarding golf clubs/accessories (sales).

Delivered beer/wine in a punctual manner to chain stores, restaurants, and pubs.

Sold golf clubs/accessories, instructed staff how to properly perform duties on a regular basis.
