~NSW Ministerial Appointment for 3 years to advise the State Government on additional services to Seniors in NSW.~I will be particularly focused on financial elder abuse and providing additional services via the NSW Seniors Card.~Regular MACA meetings and additional Government consultations.

Core Responsibilities;• Provide direction in the development and execution of the strategic plan, while influencing high-level decisions• Support the senior management team in translating the strategic plan into operational objectives and establishing performance metrics• Oversee the day to day operations to ensure activities align with the organisation's strategy, policy, procedures, guidelines and standards• Deliver good governance by introducing robust financial and business models, management systems and practices• Lead the organisation's fiscal activities to achieve financial sustainability including budgeting, auditing and reporting• Foster strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external environments while encouraging strategic partnerships• Proactively mitigate risks through economic and business analysis including identifying efficiencies and opportunities for development • Support the Human Resource team with recruitment, training and development initiatives• Encourage and enforce compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
