Carry out research and incorporate modern and most appropriate learning options/methodologies for effective development Delivery. Build effective feedback and course correction and enhancement for all learning interventions Plan forecast and manage training budgets and their utilization. Partner with other cross-functional teams to have measurable KRAs across learning
