As an Associate Professor at Lovely Professional University, I have over 13 years of experience in teaching and research in the field of biotechnology, with a focus on toxicology, immunomodulation, and environmental biotechnology. I have a PhD in Biotechnology from the same university, where I conducted interdisciplinary studies on the effects of metal nanoparticles on animal cells and immune system.I am passionate about imparting knowledge and skills to the next generation of biotechnology professionals and researchers. I teach courses on research methodology, molecular biology, plant biotechnology, and guide four PhD students and two M.Tech students for their research dissertation work. I also contribute to the curriculum and pedagogy development, academic administration, and quality assurance activities of the School of Bioengineering and Biosciences. I have published multiple papers in reputed journals and presented my work at various national and international conferences. I am eager to write and secure research grants from different funding agencies to pursue innovative and impactful projects in my domain.
