I’ve always been the kind of person who couldn’t sit still, driven by curiosity, energy, and a love for learning. I threw myself into every opportunity—be it leading teams, participating in events, or exploring new ideas. Over the years, I’ve realised that my greatest strength lies in strategic and analytical thinking.Whether I’m helping young patients at my pediatric dental clinic, building my entrepreneurial ventures, or exploring creative pursuits like content creation and podcasting, I bring the same passion for growth, innovation, and collaboration to everything I do.Right after I finished my bachelor’s the first thing I founded was the alumni association of my alma mater.My focus with the organisation is to take it to the next level—building a vibrant global network where alumni can engage, mentor, and inspire one another.After 3 years of completely drowning in post-graduation and losing touch base with the world (which every super-speciality would do to you), I provided consultancy to 25+ Clinics. My inner drive of doing more with my life, pushed me to found my Unique Exclusive paediatric Dental Practice, which was completely Boot-strapped out of my savings. I’m proud to lead a clinic that combines expert care with a fun, child-friendly environment to make every visit a positive experience for kids—and stress-free for their parents! I founded ToothMonk, a health-tech startup revolutionizing oral care through innovative, tech-driven solutions. In my journey, I have successfully scaled operations, onboarded 70+ Brands, and reached thousands customers, PAN India—highlighting the scalability and market demand for ToothMonk. My vision is to create a global impact in oral health, empowering healthier smiles and preventive habits.I host HealthGinnie, a podcast where I share insights and engage with thought leaders in healthcare, technology, and wellness. With all this, I have been pursuing my Ph.D alongside, where, What began as a research project grew into a breakthrough. I developed a unique Caries Risk Assessment (CRA) model—a revolutionary framework that goes beyond traditional methods to predict and prevent dental decay with extraordinary accuracy.For me, every milestone is an opportunity to reflect, evolve, and keep moving forward.
