* Conducting five to six microscopic and sophisticated spine surgeries with a team of three fellow professors and two microscopic and endoscopic brain surgeries employing neuronavigation, stereotaxy, and craniotomy medical technologies.* Maintaining accurate and detailed patient medical records, collaborating with five members of an interdisciplinary team, including the medical commission and faculty department, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for post-operative complications.* Interpreting diagnostic results, guiding surgical interventions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices through weekly patient visits averaging 120-140.* Assisting the Neurosurgery Department's 8 professors and assistants in their daily evaluations and teaching patients before and after surgery. This includes patiently explaining the neurological testing results and their interpretation of the proposed operation.* Monitoring patients' recovery progress at 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, 2 months, and 6 months after surgery to ensure optimal outcomes and provide long-term follow-up care.* Mentoring and training residents and medical students on neurosurgical techniques and best practices, including microsurgical brain and spine procedures, neuromonitoring, and navigation for spinal instrumentation, and providing various instructions on the basic of neurosurgery, the trauma assessment and its treatment, neurological and brain and spine CT scan examination and neurological examination of patients once a week.* Demonstrating strong leadership skills by overseeing and coordinating clinical activities, ensuring smooth operations within the department as well as Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, fostering a cooperative and patient-centred approach to treatment.
