I completed MSW in CD and Human Resource Management, M.Phil, Ph.D. The research was on family based migration engaged in waste picking business. The main findings of the research revealed a crucial need to impart technological training for the migrants engaged in the lower strata of waste management. the findings forwarded suggestions to the policy makers to utilise the migrants potential development as human resource. The Ph.D. data was collected using snow balls sampling method at Lucknow city to identify 41 migrants locations in the city. I do have graduation in History Hons. with a Gold Medal and PG in Public Administration with an University Medal besides PG in Community Development and Human Resource Management. My fieldwork related experience include summer training in PRADAN in Madhya Pradesh, and Human Resource Management in Hindustan Zinc India Pvt. Ltd. of Vedanta Group at Udaipur Rajasthan. I have conducted Survey on Carpet Industry at Bhadoi and Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this, I do have fieldwork experience for 2 years with UNICEF during PG. I do have 3 years 4 months Industrial experience with Action Aid India. During the period, I worked in Gujarat, Lucknow, Ambedkarnagar, and North Coastal Andhra Fisherfolk Network (NCAFAN) at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I have also conducted Monitoring and Evaluation in the district of Nainital, Udhamsinghnagar, and Jalaun in Uttar Pradesh and Samastipur and Muzaffarpur in Bihar. I have been imparting training to the partner organisations of Action Aid India across India with several Organizations. I do have 1 Scopus indexed and 5 Indexed published journals to my credit and 2 authored books, one based on the application of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), another published recently in January 2023 on grassroot experiences with marginalised section of Gujarat state.I have extensive travelling experience of 20 Indian States and Dhaka, Bangladesh for REFLECT circle M&E workshop engagements. Besides, I do have 5 years of teaching and research dissertation guidance in Social Work PG level at Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development. Additionally, I have been engaged in institution building in the capacity of Assistant Warden for Boys Hostel, Member in Grievance Redressal Committee and Local Purchase Committee, member in sports club of the institute.
