•Directs and Manages team of Product Managers. Responsible for the management, functionality and reporting of electronic member service transactions to include: processing for over 110,000 debit cards, processing of 33,000 credit cards, processing for over 50,000 ATM cards and processing for over 4 million ACH transactions per year.Ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines. Responsible for the administration and completion of tactical plans and audit tracking items.Manage and coordinate projects associated with new ATM design/build: to include site selection, contract review and negotiations, due diligence research, certifications, reports, contract requirements, etc. to ensure completion of real estate acquisitions. Manage SC FCU staff and vendor superintendents, specialty vendors and contractor staff in the successful completion of new ATM installs/conversions, preventative maintenance and installation of equipment.Develop a Disaster Recovery plan for ATM, ACH and card processing in the event of a natural event.Develop, review, recommend, and implement respective policies and procedures to detect and prevent the occurrence of fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or improper card activities. Balance efficiency and member service concerns with assurance of adequate controls.Act as a liaison with Visa and MasterCard Associations, member banks, local, state and federal law enforcement and postal authorities for information, documentation, and investigative assistance regarding Visa or MasterCard fraud.Implement and recommend new electronic service products.Responsible for the profitability performance of all electronic delivery systems.Responsible for ATM network of over 70 machines to include cash management, vendor management and network availability.Communicate extensively with internal and external members about electronic service delivery functionality, plans, goals and activities. Assist and recommend solutions to member issues.
