1. Ensure compliance of all emergency services.10.Participate in audit of hospital management in relation to efficiency,effectiveness and patient safety.11.Maintain and super-vice the working of residents,paramedical and other support staff.12.Study and maintain the hospital statistics like ALOS(average length of stay),Gross Death Rate,Net Death Rate,Bed Occupancy Rate,Birth Rate etc and give recommendation to directors to help them to implement new policies.13.Send recommendations to directors regarding issues linked with TPA (third party administrators) like over crossing of the expected expense.14.Responsible for performance appraisal of supporting staff.
