Arvind has 40 years of rich automotive industry experience, specialised in New Product Development , Quality Assurance , Business Excellence , HR and Operations. He has served leading OEMs that includes Eicher , Escorts and Maruti Suzuki India Limited in multiple capacity before taking the responsibility of Operations in Rockman Industries. Arvind has also served Automotive Component Manufacturing Association of India ( ACMA) as Director Technical to support auto component industries in India in improving their productivity and reducing the manufacturing cost as high as 20% in most of the companies he has worked with. In ACMA, he was also an instrumental between ACMA and various Govt bodies to formulate technical standards like BIS and WP 29 for the Indian auto component industries at large. His passion towards shop floor excellence motivated him to pen down his learnings in his book "5S - The way of life", a guide for Indian component Industry, which later has been recognised by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narender Modi. Arvind is result oriented person and has helped Rockman to grow three fold in his tenure of less than 10 years. He had a dream of becoming entrepreneur and help the Indian industry to become World Class.
