Welcome to my little corner of LinkedInI’m Dr. Aryn, & I’m a NetworkSpinal Chiropractor based in St. Paul, MN.I was born & raised in WA, so naturally I’m a lover of mountains, evergreen trees and outdoorsy adventures.I am a cat & dog mama to three ridiculously cute fur babes. All of who have been amazing road trip/adventure buddies.I’ve been an adrenaline junky, with many scars to show for it (I ebb & flow with this side of me nowadays)I love thrifting & finding new ways to be more sustainable in my own daily living.One day, I’d love to have a little cozy cabin in the woods with goats, a garden and a little lake.I pursued chiropractic because my own life was majorly changed from receiving care at the age of 18.I moved 3,000 miles away from home, to attend chiropractic school in SC, because I’m serious about this work & was dedicated to an education rooted in the philosophy of chiropractic.“The power that made the body, heals the body.”I’m evolving into the doctor I wish I had through my entire childhood, & into adulthood.I love working with the kiddos, who’ve amazingly been a beautiful mirror for my own experiences throughout life.I’ve lived through sexual & emotional abuse, and I recognize the ways in which that will show up in our physiology & neurology.I’m called to share this work & elevate what people think is possible for their own life.I’m a facilitator in people tapping into their own healing power & merging with the gifts they innately have.& most importantly,I stand for people’s health being inspired by choice, rather than inhibited by chance.Please reach out, I’d love to get to know you, too!
