    During my tenure at Save The Children USA as Senior Advisor for Evidence and Learning (MEAL) from 2022-2023, I led the development and successful rollout of the Evidence and Learning Team's 2022–2024 work plan and theory of change. I directed the MERLA Team advisory service to Save the Children International.
