    During my tenure at Save The Children USA as Senior Advisor for Evidence and Learning (MEAL) from 2022-2023, I led the development and successful rollout of the Evidence and Learning Team's 2022–2024 work plan and theory of change. I directed the MERLA Team advisory service to Save the Children International. I oversaw a team of four MERAL advisors for an international humanitarian program with over a billion-dollar annual budget that reached 30 million people in need, including 17.3 million children, in 44 countries.I am proud to have contributed to developing the Anticipatory Action (AA) MEAL framework as SME, a significant contribution to humanitarian aid. I also designed and implemented several post-distribution monitoring projects across continents, utilizing digital technology and remote monitoring to improve efficiency and effectiveness.As part of my role, I ensured quality, standardized MERLA systems across a multi-sectoral humanitarian portfolio in accordance with global best practices. I developed clear and standardized MERLA guidelines, protocols, templates, and activity schedules for use by OHTT staff and field-based MERLA teams to ensure the quality and consistency of program monitoring data.I am highly skilled in donor compliance and requirements, including those from the USAID Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), the State Department Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM), and WFP, UNHCR, among others.
