-Coordination with BD team to resolve technical queries to generate B2B / P2P sales.- Presenting NPD to clients to generate Sales(Like Modicare / Cipla / Torrent / Mankind / Dr Morepen / Zomato / Herbal Life / Jubilant / Kapiva / Baidyanath / Vasu / Flipkart / UniLever / Dabur etc.).- New Client Visit to pitch product portfolio and follow-ups for sales conversion.- Client handling from new query generation, costing matching, sample development, punching of PO, Payments updates untill Dispatch of Goods.- Assign new Clients and Targets to BD team and help them achieving individual target.- Budgeting for Promotional inputs and Marketing plan.- New Product Development (AYUSH and FSSAI) from conceptualization to commercialization.- Validation of formulation with scientific rationale/dose based data.Coordination with Regulatory Team for product compliance.- Coordination with R&D Team for New Product Development (BATCH Manufacturing).- Coordination with QC team, RM and PM team.- Coordination with PPIC team for timely batch manufacturing and deliveries.- Coordination with PMT Assistant / Senior Executive and Trainee for preparing study material, leaflets, catalogues, posters, visual aids, PPT.- Product Training and Mock-up Sessions for BD team.- Promotion of E-commerce products via Social Media Influencers and Ayurveda Doctors.- Arranging Webinars for promotion of Products
