His specialization includes International Financial Management, Management of Financial Services, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management and Direct Taxation. He has published extensively in various journals in the field of Earnings and growth Analysis, Banking and Financial services and is also actively involved in teaching, research ,consultancy and training for several leading public and private sector organizations. Dr.Varshney is also actively engaged in guiding Ph.D. students of Uttar Pradesh Technical University,Lucknow and Uttarakhand Technical University ,Dehradun . Dr.Varshney also conducted , organized and participated in number of FDP , Conferences and Seminars.
