As a medical services executive at Haleon, I work in correspondence with regional team, to promote and educate healthcare professionals on the latest medical products and services. I leverage my dental background and my MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management to understand the needs and preferences of the customers and to deliver effective and engaging campaigns.In my role, I contribute to the launch and growth of several consumer healthcare brands in the KSA market, using Veeva CRM and other digital tools to optimize the customer journey and retention.
