• Manage delinquent & non-delinquent behavioural scorecard development studies and monitor the results.• Manage decision support system to define strategies, scorecard and policy rules.• Manage all phases of application scorecard development studies, create data-mart systems to develop scorecard and document development studies according to ING modeling standards.• Manage and achieve detailed risk analysis for each loan product (mortgage, general purpose loan, car loan, credit card and overdraft).• Work in a collaborative manner with ING Amsterdam.• Design new strategies for new product offers of retail marketing, and work closely with related departments.• Document all created decision support systems, develop effective reporting structure, and provide reports for credit risk monitoring needs.• Work with marketing department in assigning cut-offs based on P&L methodology.

• Ensure data integrity for credit decision, marketing program and other origination processes. • Provide decision support to the Credit Allocation Department team in the areas of querying, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating qualitative and quantitative data associated with loans.• Create dashboards for reporting needs by using Oracle BI.• Develop dynamic and comprehensive portfolio tracking, vintage analyses, reporting systems on sub-segments of the portfolio. • Communicate with business leaders for the insights gained through the data analysis, including implications for business strategy. Prepare presentations and technical analysis for diverse audience. • Build effective relationship with senior management as well as line managers and work in a consultative and collaborative fashion. • Manage installment of policy rules and perform simulations of impact on new strategies• Manage and achieve coding process of automatic decision making system by using Experian NBSM software.

• Assist in developing cards business related metrics with a focus on pricing and cost-benefit tradeoffs.• Cooperate with Consumer Banking functional units like Financial Control and Strategic Analytic Unit.• Assist in feasibility analysis focusing on pricing, cost-benefit tradeoffs, new product development and campaign management by working with the portfolio and product management groups.• Track monthly performance of cards business along with key indicators and P&L items and share with the team members.

• Management of Alternative Distribution Channels (ATM, Call Center, Internet and Debit Card) • Determine strategies about channels, segmentation of customers that use channels and prepare campaigns. Support branches and achieve channel pricing and budgeting activities.• Prepare reports for managerial decisions.• Provide solutions to customer needs, coordinate product and process development activities.• Compute probability and productivity of ATMs.
