I m a passionate Neonatologist who is determined to take care of sick newborn/preterm/birth detects. I have been working in NICUs for 14 yrs and worked in level 3 NICU of both govt and private sector.I have special interest in Non invasive ventilation, Nutrition, ultrasound, training and mentoring.WORK EXPERIENCES-1. Worked in School Health Scheme Medical Officer through Combined Medical Services and worked for 6 months2. Worked as Senior Resident in Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital New Delhi and worked for 2 months3. Worked at Fernandez Hospital Hyderabad under the guidance of DR.Srinivas Murki in level III NICU for 18 months under DNB Neonatology super specialty course.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS1. Experienced in doing Neonatal ECHO, Neonatal USG2. Experienced in inserting and handling central lines, ICD, Peritoneal dialysis in neonates3. Experienced in managing sick VLBW / ELBW and post operated babies on conventional or high frequency ventilator4. Training of neonatal nurses and medical officers in essential neonatal care in class room as well as skill lab5. Recruited newborn babies in Helix trial, a large multicentric study after completing ICH good clinical practice e-learning course during DM course6. Participated as Co-Faculty in online basic Neonatal Ventilation
