Professional Achievement(s):• A training calendar developed for Making Agriculture and Market Systems Work for Landless, Marginal and Small holder Farmers in Bangladesh Project and implemented in field level.• Training modules prepared for different stakeholders related to Organization development, Agriculture, Livestock and Market development.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to Training Need Assessment (TNA) of service provider and Vulnerable and Marginal Farming Households (VMFH); Facilitation of Various Livestock especially Dairy and Fattening animal rearing and Management related Training. Deworming and Vaccination ensure of beef fattening animal. Established Mini veterinary Clinic for diagnosis of disease and given treatment facility. Preparations of leaflet and poster for awareness developed of local people and ensure their higher productivity by lower cost of fattening animal. And increase Linkage between Broker and lead farmers.
