Swissport Cargo Amsterdam's inside project, titled as, Cargo Transport Coordinator for airside. The project had a duration of three month's and after the success, the project turned into a new position inside Swissport Cargo Amsterdam.My responsibilities were:- Daily report to Operation Manager;- Research for weaknesses and improving it;- Lead, coordinate and give instructions to the transport team;- Discuss the undertakings for future improvements for the position with the Operation Manager;- General administration of the transported cargo to aircraft;- Responsible for the final check and securing cargo before transportation to its flight / aircraft;- Having a strong communication within the team to deliver the cargo on time at their flights.

Responsible for safeguarding / supervising al of Korean Air Cargo's quality, safety and security standards on all processes executed by our service providers:- Supervision on ramp operations during flight turn-around handling;- Supervision on warehouse operations in regards of cargo build-up and cargo management;- Truck handling (export / import)- Irregularity handling / administration- Pre-flight data capture (KAMS) and post-flight data capture (e-office);- Flight planning: - Provide build-up / break-down instructions to cargo handler.- Import and customs data processing;- Weight slip processing and administration;- Tracing cargo- General administration and assisting the Sales / Reservation team (e-mail / telephone)

Warehouse managing for aircraft parts and tools:- Provide aircraft mechanics with the correct aircraft parts and tools;- Managing the out- and inbound aircraft tools;- Responsible to update their management system for their own administration and keeping track of their aircraft parts and tools;- Collect, packing and preparing aircraft parts MD-11 for shipment;- Stock inventory.
