Dr Bindu Hari started her career over thirty years ago teaching Science and Maths. In her long and illustrious career. She has several firsts to her credit:In 2008, she set up the National Public School International (NPSI) in Singapore.In 2008, she also pioneered the concept of in-house teacher training by setting up the TISB Training Academy (TTA) in Bengaluru to ensure that teachers of her institutions had access to in-depth and continuous training. In 2015, she launched the NPS Quality Assurance Cell and developed the Curriculum for Entrepreneurship for grade 6 students, which aims to sow the seeds of entrepreneurship.In 2017, she signed an MoU with the University of Nottingham to bring the PGCEi to India.She is known for strategizing and successfully implementing smooth and seamless succession planning across all NPS and TISB educational institutions. She has addressed more than a lakh parents and trained more than 3000 teachers, over 500 middle-level leaders, and several Principals in various skills.She has spoken at various forums and events and is a three-time TEDx speaker.
