Serves as the director of the EPPSP program providing leadership, mentoring, and professional growth for aspiring principals. This work includes recruiting and retaining program participants and ensuring that all cohort members obtain an equitable, inclusive, and diverse learning experience with expectations that they develop the skills that allow them to provide high-quality educational experiences for all children.

As an educator of 17 years, I’ve deciding to take a leap of faith and pursue my own passions of helping districts, schools, teachers and parents to provide a transformational experience for their students so they can accomplish their dreams! This is done primarily be providing capacity building training for parents, implementing skill development programs in school settings for children, and enhancing teacher's culturally responsive SEL aptitude with high impact professional development.
