Led 158 people and was responsible for Europe's most dispersed conventional munitions stockpile valued at $550M and encompassing 49% of all munitions stored in the Southern European Theater. Operated a 2,200 acre Ammunition Storage Area (ASA) providing a unique capability to globally distribute munitions though supply chain management using sea, rail, and over-the-road transportation. Oversaw wartime readiness by verifying core tasking documents, facilities, equipment, vehicles, and $5B in resources. Directed schedule development and execution of the nuclear weapons training program. Ensured all personnel met all safety and surety requirements. Advised high-level leadership of workload capacities, limiting factors, and maintenance schedules.

Wichita Falls, Texas Area

Directed associate degree accredited training activities for 52 instructors and 2.2K students annually covering seven munitions systems training courses. Responsible for $240K annual budget and management of 211K square foot training facility and training equipment valued at $650M. Utilized ADDIE method to revise five courses; updated tests, study guides and lesson plans accordingly. Conducted classroom evaluations of all instructors and managed instructor qualification process for all assigned. Taught 3.5K hours of Munitions Logistics instruction to over 400 students/awarded Master Instructor Certification, Instructional Systems Development Certification, and Community College of the Air Force Instructional Certification Levels I, II, and III.
