Assumed the responsibilities of the Nutritional Therapy Council, formerly the regulatory body for nutritional therapy, now the accreditation board for the profession.

Established and ran microbiology facility in ultrapure water research laboratory, including on-site sampling in pharmaceuticals and micro-electronics manifacturing facilties, identifying and tracing contaminants. Developed techniques for rapid identification of microbial contamination and increased sensitivity of detection of microbial endotoxin in pharmaceutical grade production water.
