I was responsible to manage and lead all activities to form ISO 9001:2000 QMS system, to train all employees (especially managers), to organize Management Review Meetings to draw and define all process flows, to report process performance evaluations weekly, to evaluate guest satisfaction surveys, to make analysis of survey results

My responsibilities were to help consultants in companies, to visit the clients, to organize trainings in the firms and to take a part in forming ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System requirements (checklists, procedures, process flows, job descriptions).
