I have steered execution across a range of responsibilities – independent price testing, valuation, business partnering and regulatory back-testing. I have also directed Product Control and Valuation Control groups that have supported a range of business areas across Equities, Rates, FX and Commodity Exotics. With a strong delivery focus, I develop clear product control and operational strategies to support changing front office requirements. This includes managing large local and remote teams, adapting to different market and regulatory environments. I have consistently met business needs when implementing large scale change initiatives, maintaining efficiency and control standards, even when the process has required headcount reduction.
