AEQUITA successfully acquired German private cloud business from Fujitsu. The German Fujitsu company Fujitsu Services GmbH is providing private cloud and IT application services to a large customers base consisting of mid-sized to large enterprises in the private and public sector. In the last business year, the company generated revenues of approximate EUR 200m with around 1,200 employees.

Part of the AEQUITA Operations Team with focus on operational restructuring and business development of portfolio companies and responsible for the realignment and optimization of structures and processes within the portfolio companies.
